We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To begin the return process, please contact us through the website’s contact form, and our team will provide you with the necessary instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
